Texas High Plains
Pronounced “vee-own-yay”, this white wine was partially aged in French oak barrels and is fuller bodied. The Viognier grape thrives in the Texas terroir and is known for its intense bouquet of jasmine and honeysuckle Entirely sourced from the Reddy Vineyards in the Texas High Plains AVA, it boasts an enticing bouquet of pineapple, vanilla and almond oil. The complex flavor profile also balances white peach, lemon curd and tropical fruit with bright acidity and rich, creamy mouthfeel. The long finish is both thought provoking and refreshing.
