1851 Vineyards: 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon
Texas High Plains
This wine has a supple tannin structure that begs for fat and protein. Notes of black cherry, cassis, and leather are balanced with sweet baking spices and subtle hints of rosewater. The finish is both long and elegant.
Aged two years in French and American Oak.
