Approachable and food friendly with a waxy, mouth-coating body and medium acidity. It has a fragrant nose of Meyer Lemon and brioche, leading to lush flavors of vanilla bean, cream, apricot, toasted pineapple, and graham. If you aren’t familiar with Roussanne, it is very similar to a Chardonnay.
