Winemaker Josh Fritsche began working in the Texas wine industry nearly a decade ago.  Working his way through the ranks from cellar rat to winemaker, he joined the Slate Mill winemaking team in April of 2019.  His personal label Tatum Cellars was launched to extraordinary critical and consumer acclaim.  with an intense aromatic bouquet, this provencal style rose is perfect for sipping or pairing with most cuisines.  Notes of strawberry, wet slate and watermelon rind are balanced by firm acidity and a clean finish.
